£28,000 - £40,000 (plus uncapped commission and benefits)

Search Construction are making their mark in London! Our team of two specialist recruiters are looking for experienced and determined recruiters who want to help them build a strong presence within the London market. With a focus either within the trades or white collar market, you would be generating new business and candidate sourcing in order to place individuals into the construction industry. You will be responsible for growing, as well as maintaining relationships, visiting new construction sites and project offices.

Recent investment into the company has enabled huge growth plans for the company, and alongside our award winning training programme, we have the capability to support you quickly along your career in recruitment - many of our consultants have received two promotions within 12 months. Key skills required;
* Previous recruitment experience is essential
* Experience within the Construction industry is preferable
* Passionate, driven and tenacious
* Confident with the ability to build rapport
* Ability to nurture relationships
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Working to targets and deadlines
