We will not contact candidates without first understanding the role thoroughly and we will not present candidates we do not believe are genuinely suitable. Your organisation's name is not shared without your agreement.

What sectors do you recruit in?

We work across accounting and finance, technology and telecoms, digital forensics and forensic accounting, regulatory compliance, cyber security, legal, property and architecture and engineering.

How do you handle confidential briefs?

With complete discretion. We will not approach candidates until we understand the role thoroughly. We will not name your organisation without your agreement. Senior and specialist hires require care and we treat every brief accordingly.

What if you cannot fill a role?

We will tell you. We would rather be honest about our limitations than waste your time with unsuitable candidates. If a brief falls outside our areas of genuine expertise, we will say so.

Do you only recruit on the Isle of Man?

The Isle of Man is our home market and where our knowledge runs deepest. We also place professionals in Liverpool, Manchester and internationally where the brief requires it.

Do we need an active vacancy to work with you?

No. Some of our most productive client relationships begin before a vacancy exists. If you are growing a team, planning a hire later in the year or simply want to know what is available in your sector right now, we are happy to have that conversation.

We regularly speak to clients about candidates who are available and looking. If someone strong comes through who fits your organisation, we will let you know.
